STRENGTH IN MOTION: SPIN CLASS 1

Starting Women’s History Month off strong with our Strength in Motion series, a three-part cardio and conditioning series for women of all levels.

The series features two spin classes and one strength-focused HIIT workout, designed to build endurance, power, and community through movement. Whether you’re clipping in for the first time or ready to push your limits- we have a spot for you.

For our second session we will be joining SALT FITNESS for a spin class, with a special curated playlist by DJ KFERM- featuring all women artists.
