OPEN COURT COLLECTIVE: WEEK 2- TENNIS CARDIO FIT
Join us for Open Court Collective, a month-long tennis series designed to bring women together through tennis, movement, and community (sessions 6/4, 6/11, 6/18, 6/25). Whether you’re a lifelong tennis player, getting back into the game, or picking up a racket for the very first time, this series creates a welcoming space to learn, play, and connect through the game.
In partnership with the USTA, each session will feature kill-building instruction, drills, games, and scrimmages designed to help you build confidence on the court while having fun. From learning the fundamentals to getting more comfortable in gameplay, Open Court Collective is about celebrating movement, trying something new, and experiencing the joy of tennis in community.
This week’s session will be Cardio Tennis! Cardio Tennis is a high-energy fitness session that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie-burning aerobic and anaerobic workout. If you've never played tennis before it is a great way to be introduced to the sport and if you are an experienced high-level tennis player, Cardio Tennis is the best way to train for tennis.
Plus, thanks to K18, attendees will receive dry shampoo samples to keep fresh after workouts, drills, and time on the court.

✨ All levels are welcomed and encouraged to join us, no experience required. If you have your own racquet, please bring- however we will have some to use if you don’t have your own!
